DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANAGER

TOP MANAGEMENT
       
      The highest ranking executives  with titles such as chairman/chairwoman, chief executive officer, managing director, president, executive directors, executive vice-presidents, etc.responsible for the entire enterprise.
Top management translates the policy (formulated by the board-of-directors) into goals, objectives, and strategies, and projects a shared-vision of the future. It makes decisions that affect everyone in the organization, and is held entirely responsible for the success or failure of the enterprise.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT

        Comprises of managers who head specific departments (such as accounting, marketing, production) or business units, or who serve as project managers in flat organizations. Middle managers are responsible for implementing the top management's policies and plans and typically have two management levels below them. Usually among the first to be slashed in the 'resizing' of a firm, middle management constitutes the thickest layer of managers in a traditional (tall pyramid shaped) organization.

FIRST LINE (LOWER) MANAGEMENT
     
First line manager program is an educational and leadership of management of the level of bleachers in the first place. It aims to improve the skills of management and leadership in the first line in the Bank. This program is designed to withstand a change of attitude of the supervisor of the self-management for team management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROOMBOY

-      Implement the following  Cleanliness of  Floor, keep the cleanliness of every rooms  
-      Implement the Following  cleanliness of Trolley, Carry Caddy, pantry , etc
-      Implement  the cleanliness of each corridors, floor
-      Make up the rooms
-      Close turn down
-      Complete the Following of Guest’s  needs , Anticipation and fulfillment of each guest’s needs)
-      Immediately resolve guest problem, if room boy doesn’t able ,room boy can call supervisior in charge for helps.

“For Example :
-      A Roomboy cleans/makes the room everyday , and a roomboy completing the guest room equipments, etc
During make up the room , the room boy must ensure that there are no guest’s equipments and needs left behind .


 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of  SUPERVISIOR

-      Inspecting and Checking the rooms which had been cleaned by  Roomboys
-      fostering , teaching, and leading  The Roomboys or  employees to have good worker
-      inspecting and carry out rooms so that rooms are ready to sell
-      Give order to work for a Roomboy
-      implement to  check on each Room boy’s pantry , roomboy’s cart,  Room boy’s trolley, room boy’s carry cady. when the pantry and trolleys, cart, carry cady  from each roomboy getting mess , supervisior must have any actions
-      ensure that each Room boy ‘s  job runs fine
-      ensure that the Roomboy well being
-      resolve guests complaints , if supervisior  not able to solve guest problems , supervisior can ask manager for  helps

“For Example :
-      The Roomboy has cleaned the room , and the supervisior must ensure about the room cleanliness and about the roomboy’s job
That’s why the supervisior must do double check the room cleaneliness by any inspections , during inspecting and checking the room , suddenly the supervisior found the uncomplete Room standard,the cleanliness standard, and the guest equipment standard
Such as guest amenities , and also there are some rubbishs in the room , therefore the supervisior  ask the room boy to reclean and inform the roomboy about the Roomboy’s job mistake, and also ask the roomboy to recheck the room , reclean properly the room, recomplete the equipments/amenities , and teach the roomboy how to clean the room well.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of  MANAGER

-      Controlling , inspecting, managing, Watching, Organizing, Guiding, staffing, efforting, leading,   monitoring, planning, maintaining the vision and mission to reach organization’s goals
-      Inspecting and Checking the rooms which had been inspected by Supervisior
-      fostering , teaching, and leading  The Roomboys/employees, and supervisior to be a good worker
-      inspecting the rooms so that rooms are ready to sell
-      Give order to work for a Roomboy, supervisior
-      implement to  check on each Room boy’s pantry , roomboy’s cart,  Room boy’s trolley, room boy’s carry cady, supervisior’s duties, supervisior’s cart, supervisior’s work description, supervisior’s room report, etc… when the pantry and trolleys, cart, carry cady  …..etc ,,,,,,,,getting mess , Manager must have any actions
-      ensure that each Room boy ‘s  job, and Supervisior’s Job running fine
-      ensure that the Roomboy’s and supervisior’s well being
-      resolve guests complaints , if supervisior  not able to solve guest problems , supervisior can ask manager for  helps
-      Creating the schedule
“For Example :
“For VIP Guest”
The Roomboy has cleaned the room , and the supervisior has inspected the room . the manager must have any actions to handle VIP guest , the manager must provide the VIP guest refrences , VIP guest’s special requests , welcoming the VIP guest . then the manager ask for help to Room boy and supervisior to assist manager for finishing , for completing the VIP guest’s refrences , VIP Guest’s special requests. Even the manager may ask the roomboy, supervisior to clean the room properly.

Or The Manager must arrange the schedule every week , when the manager getting busy , a manager can ask the supervisior for finishing the schedule arrangement.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEPEER
-      Controlling , inspecting, managing, Watching, Organizing, Guiding, staffing, efforting, leading, monitoring, planning, maintaining the vision and mission to reach organization’s goals
-      Define the purpose and vision Roomboy, supervisior, managers and companies
-      determine the purpose and direction for roomboy, supervisior, manager
-      Creating a plan to complete the task, including delivery, measurement, time schedule, Roomboy strategy, supervisior, and managers
-      Assign responsibility, guidence, accountability, and delegates to roomboy, supervisior, and managers
-      set the standard, quality, Supervise and maintain Roomboy activity, supervisior, manager.
-      Monitor and maintain employee performance. Review, evaluate, adjust plan, methods and targets.

“For Example :
The Executive Housekeeper must Controlling , inspecting, managing, Watching, Organizing, Guiding, staffing, efforting, leading, monitoring, planning, maintaining the Roomboy, Supervisior, manager by applying the organization’s vision and mission to reach goals.
